      Hi TR-8R,

They don’t send robots to the ISS as we have a fully manned crew of humans there 24/7 that can do everything a robot could do, if not better! Some of the tasks the astronauts are required to do require precise intricate movements, that is far more effective with a human hand/movements than robots. There are space vehicles that deliver food and supplies to the ISS though, so you are right about that. Robots cost a lot of money and take a lot of time to build, and to send to space. Its much easier in many ways to train an astronaut to fix a variety of things of the ISS.
