  I think it very much depends on the astronaut but its very common to suffer from something called Space Adaptation Syndrome. This normally includes feeling quite dizzy, sick and disorientation whilst their balance organs get used to having no sense of up/down/left/right. Within a couple of days they are relatively adapted and those feelings disappear.
